Mario (Dino) Iannucci

Owner

I started Raptor Plumbing LLC in October 2011, and I have called Las Vegas home for almost all 53 years of my life. I have been in the plumbing trade for 34 years, working for other companies and learning my trade.

When I started Raptor Plumbing, I wanted to try doing single-family homes on a small scale with 6 employees, but over the last 7 years, we have grown to 75 employees and are doing over 800 homes per year. We started doing light commercial projects 2 years ago and have completed projects ranging from local Wing Stop and KFC restaurants to last year’s 3,000-room remodel at the Palazzo Hotel and Casino.

I’m very proud of my staff and how they have helped us grow I could not do this without them. Going forward, we are planning to launch our own in-house training programs to secure the best plumbers and plumbing technicians in the country.

Beth Leech

Project Coordinator

I am a detail‑driven Project Coordinator known for keeping complex projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with strategic goals.

I was born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh PA but moved to the West Coast in 2014. I have lived in the Las Vegas area since 2023.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my fiancé, going to concerts, being a foodie, & having fun.

Lori O'Neill

Estimator

I am a proud military brat who spent part of my early years stationed in Germany before relocating to Las Vegas at the age of eleven. I bring decades of experience in the plumbing industry, having started my career in 1994 as a plumbing receptionist, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and operations. In 2005, I advanced into the role of dispatcher, expanding my industry knowledge and leadership skills. In 2018, I further expanded my expertise by transitioning into plumbing estimation, strengthening my technical skill set. I joined Raptor Plumbing in 2025, where I found the positive and supportive professional environment I was seeking.

Outside of work, I have been happily married for 28 years and am a proud parent and grandparent. I enjoy spending my free time riding my RZR, paddle boarding, and camping, always embracing opportunities for adventure and time outdoors.

Dave Moyedi

Purchasing/Warehouse Manager

I was born and raised in the SoCal area where I obtained my Journeyman license in 1995. I journeyed to Las Vegas where I discovered many different avenues and opportunities to venture in the plumbing industry. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing, as well as service and repair.

Working for Raptor Plumbing I would describe this company as well-rounded, it is built on authenticity and experience. Our Raptor Plumbing family strives for excellence, integrity, and commitment to ensure a happy customer.

Sidney Rudisel

Operations Manager

I was born and raised in Las Vegas and officially joined Raptor Plumbing in 2017 as a Project Manager. Over the years, I’ve grown into my current role as Operations Director, overseeing daily operations and keep everything running smoothly.

Being Dino’s daughter, I’ve had a front-row seat to Raptor Plumbing’s journey since the very beginning. Watching it grow into what it is today has been truly awesome, and I am grateful to be part of that growth. We have an amazing team that feels like a big family, and I love seeing us improve year after year.

When I’m not at work, you will find me spending time with my husband and our two little boys—our future plumbers in the making. We love camping, traveling, and making frequent trips to Disneyland.

Kelli Borelli

Office Manager

I have been the Office Manager at Raptor Plumbing since 2021 and have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. I am originally from New York but moved to Las Vegas in 1978, so I consider myself a native who loves the desert heat.

I am the mother of two boys, a Netflix junkie, and I love exploring the paranormal.

Mark Dean

Service Manager

Starting in the industry in 1998, I bring many years of hands-on plumbing experience to every job. I’m originally from the Chicagoland area, where I completed my plumbing apprenticeship and built a strong foundation in the trade. After getting married, I relocated to the Atlanta area, where I spent 15 years working for a school district as the lead in the plumbing department.

Over the course of my career, I’ve been involved in all aspects of plumbing, from everyday service work to large-scale system maintenance and management. In 2024, I became the Plumbing Manager at Raptor Plumbing. We’ve assembled a strong, skilled crew and are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship on every project. I take pride in being an honest plumber and believe integrity and workmanship should always come first.

Erika Anderson

Service Coordinator

I am the Service Coordinator at Raptor Plumbing. It is a perfect fit for me because I love helping people. I have lived in Las Vegas for the past 16 years and I love it here. I attended UNLV and I am a proud Rebel! I have two sons who keep me very busy. I love spending time with my family, traveling, iced coffee, anything Disney and Star Wars.

Preston S.

Service Sales Manager

I bring a unique blend of hands-on plumbing expertise and business leadership to the company. Born and raised in Las Vegas, I began my journey in the trade at just four years old, growing up alongside my father, a master plumber with over 40 years of experience. This lifelong apprenticeship allowed me to develop a comprehensive mastery of the craft, from the initial rough-in to the final finish work. In my current management role, I oversee service operations, project coordination, and client relations, and drive sales and business development.

My experience working with some of Nevada’s largest plumbing companies has equipped me with a strong foundation in administration, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Alexis, as well as our dogs and horses. By combining technical skill with management expertise and a genuine passion for customer service, I strive to lead Raptor Plumbing with the precision and professionalism our clients deserve.
